Josh heads up the Synergy Creative team. With over 15 years experience, and a collection certificates that will probably never go up on the wall, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge, maturity and strategic insights to the studio.

Steven MacKenzie
Steven is one of our talented designers, coming from an international background he has worked in design studios both here and the UK. Steven is a pleasure to work with and brings strong process driven capabilities to our mix.

Tim Bardzinski
Tim is our guru promotion designer, having previously held a strategic creative role at a leading Melbourne Agency Tim has worked on a host of multi-national clients. Tim brings cutting edge youthful design coupled with design sensibilities beyond his years.
